I bought Pro Pack but the features are locked

After changing devices or reinstalling, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase. You'll need to be signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. Pro Pack is a one-time purchase that stays with that account.

My photos save at 12MP

That's intended. Producing a 48MP image on iPhone requires combining several frames, and that process overrides the exposure you set. This app prioritises recording a single frame as it was, so its files are 12MP.

Manual focus (M mode) won't turn on

Rangefinder manual focus needs both the LiDAR scanner and the wide lens. It isn't available while telephoto or ultra-wide is selected, or on devices without LiDAR. Switch back to the wide lens and try again.

Where do I find the RAW file?

The RAW (.dng) file is attached to the photo in your library. In the in-app gallery, select a photo, tap share, and choose Photo + RAW to export the .dng alongside it. RAW capture is a Pro Pack feature.

My photos don't appear in the in-app gallery

The gallery shows only what's in the "ROVEWORKS CAMERA" album in Photos. Check that photo access is set to All Photos. Removing a photo from that album also removes it from the gallery.

I want location recorded in my photos

Turn on location tagging in the app's settings — it's off by default. Once on, the capture location is written into the photo file. That information never leaves your device.

I'd like a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We hold no payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.
